Please take care in choosing your Warehouse Sale items purchases are final. We do not offer exchange, credit, or refunds for incorrect size, change of mind, or change of personal circumstance.

Requests for your returns must be made within 7 days of the date of order.
Returned item(s) must be received by PROJECT TYME within an additional 7 days of the returns being issued within Australia and 14 days for International customers.
Returns shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Item(s) must be in original condition (unworn, unmarked, undamaged) with the original tags still attached and receipt of purchase.
We provide STORE CREDIT ONLY in the form of an electronic gift card at full priced items returned minus shipping fee. Store credit/ gift cards do not have expiration date.
Once a return is received, store credit will be issued within 7 days.
We do not accept your returns that are sale items. Promo codes that are used in conjunction with sale items and make the items 30% or more cannot returned or exchanged. All sale items are final, so choose carefully.
Exchanges are not guaranteed due to high notation and limited availability of stock however if you are after an exchange, please email us with return stating the full item description, brand name, colour and size required for the item you would like to exchange for. If the item you wish to exchange for sells out while we are waiting to receive your return, we will automatically issue you with store credit.
Refunds are provided for faulty items in line with consumer law.
It is your responsibility as the owner of the item to ensure we receive your return within the accepted time frame using a trackable service. We will not accept any returned items received outside of this period, unless previously arranged with Management. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for a return unless otherwise arranged.
We treat every order with absolute care and pack with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition. All claims for fault must be assessed by the manufacturer who will inspect the item before a refund can be granted. Please notify us within 7 days from delivery date providing a description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: once your refund has been approved by our staff and notification sent to you, it may take up to 5-7 days for the funds to appear in your account, so please be patient. However if your refund has taken longer than this period, please contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay.
Please ensure washing, laundering and fabric care instructions are strictly followed as we are unable to assist if the item has been damaged in any way due to negligence on your part. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

This website respect your privacy and while there are section of this site you can view without giving any information, ordering your garment will require entering of your details including but not limited to name, address and credit details. PROJECT TYME will only use this information or pass this information on for the purpose of providing services on your behalf needed to deliver the service.
